“Here you will find the technical documentation for the SwissEndo project with all transfer files and adjustments to the forms.
Adjustments to the forms and transfer files are generally made once a year. If a year is missing from the list, no adjustments have been made in this period.
Information on certification can be found at https://www.euroendocert.de/de/anforderungen/. Special attention should be paid to the “Weissensee summary”.
The deadline for submission is March 31.

Please note: A case begins on the date of the first visit and lasts a maximum of 365 days or until the main complaint changes.
Für die Erstbefragung bei Fallbeginn soll einzig der Fragebogen beim ersten Besuch eingesetzt werden. Ab da läuft die Befragung automatisch. Der nach Fall-Ende bzw. bei Hauptgrund-Wechsel auszufüllende Follow-Up Fragebogen wird automatisch versandt.
The letters for the FollowUp survey must be sent by the center. As the letters have the Adjumed Services sender on the letterhead due to the patient’s address, a hospital’s accompanying sheet should be enclosed. A sample of this from Inselspital can be found in the appendix.
The survey can now also be started automatically from the AdjumedCollect. This means that you switch to the “Endo PROM initialization” filter and click on the option that the patient should be interviewed. You then save and receive both a direct link and a QR code that can be scanned by a cell phone or tablet, for example.

A new evaluation form and thus a modified questionnaire is planned for 2023. The new evaluation form can be found in the appendix. Please note: The entries for the “Work diagnosis imaging (#Enzian)” (in Excel evaluation lines 58 – 72) are not recorded or completed in accordance with the DGGG October 2022 resolution. In return, the old fields 5773 – 5775 for the working hypotheses were retained. Detail: Since the endometriosis statistics are based on the visits or operations, the new “Intraoperative diagnosis / #ENZIAN” field (no. 5781) is displayed in the 2022 sheet if it is an operation in 2023.
